clean room unbeatable location quiet room working elevator rooftop bar long queue

the room was clean. it had everything i needed. the location was unbeatable. rooms were quiet even though the hotel sits on a busy road.

the hotel only has two working elevators. hotel guests had to share them with people visiting the rooftop bar. i waited over 25 minutes to get to my room. i had to stand in line.

prime location friendly staff great views

I was charmed by the location. it was easy to get around , and i particularly appreciated being so close to shopping areas. the staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. Their warm welcome added a personal touch to my stay. i also liked the rooftop bar. It had great views.

the in-room lighting was a little dim at times.

excellent location efficient cleaning helpful staff small room bathroom floor faulty lights

the location proved excellent for accessing key attractions. the cleaning service was also thorough and efficient. the staff were friendly and helpful, and willing to assist with requests (i asked for extra towels).

the room was somewhat small for the price. the bathroom floor had some black residue, which i found a bit unpleasant. i also noticed the sensor-based floor lights did not function properly.

wow! what a spot

sweet upgrade perfect location rooftop bar

i totally loved the location. it was close to everything, shops and restaurants. the rooftop bar, i mean it's a must-see, seriously. sanne helped us get a sweet room upgrade, we were so glad.

the commentary tea bags were not refilled everyday, but otherwise its perfect!

the location was very convenient for shopping and seeing tourist attractions. it was also very close to la pedrera. breakfast was good and offered a nice selection. the staff was friendly and accommodating.

the room felt quite dark and lacked natural light. the lighting was minimal in the hallways off the lift. the room reminded me of it needed some personality. the price felt high for the room quality.

the location is superb, right around many restaurants. the staff was always available, and they catered to every need i had. it was a smooth experience from check-in to check-out. i really liked the cleanliness of the rooms too.

i found that the elevators got a bit crowded sometimes, especially during peak hours, but that was a very slight issue.

The breakfast had variety and quality. It was a great way to start the day. i noticed constant refilling of the buffet, so the area always looked fresh and inviting. there were plenty of options.
